About MedFast.AI

Why this exists

Most medical reports are written for doctors, not patients. You get a sheet of numbers and abbreviations, told to "follow up if needed," and sent home to worry. Many people in India and around the world don't have a doctor on call to explain what their report actually means — and even when they do, time is short.

MedFast.AI translates your medical documents into the language a knowledgeable friend would use. It tells you what's normal, what's worth discussing at your next visit, what needs attention soon, and what specific questions to ask your doctor. It does not replace medical advice — it helps you walk in prepared. Available in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.

Hi, I'm Harkirat. I built MedFast.AI because I kept watching people I care about — family, friends, neighbours — get handed medical reports they couldn't read. The information was right there on the page; the language was the problem. Doctors didn't have time. Google Translate didn't help. WhatsApp friends with "some medical knowledge" weren't reliable.

So I built the tool I wished my own family had: something that reads any medical document and explains it the way a careful, kind friend would — in your language, without scaring you, and without pretending to be a doctor. It's free because it should be.

If you have feedback, find a bug, or want to help me make it better — please reach out. I read everything.

Important limits

AI can be wrong. MedFast.AI is for understanding only, not diagnosis. If something in your report worries you, talk to a doctor — and use the questions we generate to make that conversation count.

Privacy

We take privacy seriously. Your medical document never leaves your device for text extraction, and we don't store any medical content. Read the full privacy commitment here.
